Our commitment to using local ingredients carries over to the coffee we offer. We serve only coffee from the Vermont Coffee Co., an Organic Fair Trade Co. Choose from Dark Roast, Mild Roast, of Decaf. (3 Beans!) All are available for use in our many choices of Cappuccinos, Lattes or Espressos.
Our all-butter croissants are stuffed with fresh, premium ingredients and hand-rolled daily. Choose from butter; pain au chocolat; almond; crispy bacon & cheddar; maple ham & swiss; or tomato, basil & mozzarella. We also feature cream cheese danish, bear claws, foccacia squares, muffins made from scratch, breakfast foccacias, and our house specialty; Morning Buns, flaky croissant dough wrapped around brown sugar, baked to golden brown and tossed in cinnamon sugar.
Our lunch menu is created daily using local, fresh produce and healthy cuts of meat. Variety is the key! Topped foccacia squares, wraps, paninis, homemade sandwich breads and fillings, slow simmered soups and stews are all made in house.
Our selection of desserts changes daily. From mocha espresso cake to fruit pies, bread puddings or tarts, you will always find something to satisfy your sweet tooth! Almond, pecan, apricot shortbread, spicy ginger snickerdoodles, oatmeal, chocolate chip, flourless peanut butter chocolate chip, river rocks, and assorted biscotti. Our selection changes daily, our quality doesn't!
